My marketing career began at just fourteen with the local television station in a small Northern California town called Ukiah. Many years and many cities later, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a wide spectrum of Executive and C-suite roles overseeing Marketing, Branding, Strategy, Sales, and Product Development. From bootstrapped start-ups, to publicly traded behemoths, my focus has always remained the same… to create measurable value around brand equity and revenue growth.

The first fifteen years of my career was spent in senior management roles with some of the largest ad agencies in the world on brands like Toyota, Hyundai, Volvo and Pepsi-Starbucks, but eventually I followed my heart into healthcare and entrepreneurship. After settling in that sweet spot, I've helped a number of young companies evolve from bootstrapped start-ups to cash flow positive successes. Most recently, I was one of four C-suite members leading the growth of a nationwide medical device and clinical solutions company called ACP (Accelerated Care Plus), from a hand-full of clients, to nearly 7000 long-term care facilities. Equally important, our technology, clinical programs, and therapist education improved quality of life for millions of aging adults, while enabling our partners to build a stronger clinical practice.

In my new role with Innova, I’m excited by the stirrings of a similar opportunity - to help create a dynamic organization, where disruptive technology and an inspired culture drives meaningful business results and superior patient outcomes.

On the home front, I’ve been married for over thirty years to my best friend Linda, and am “Daddy-O” to Nikki and Paxton. I’m inspired by great books, the outdoors and adventure sports of every kind… including a new ebike that has made mountain biking a blast going downhill… and uphill too. Some say it's cheating. I call it progression.
