I joined Innova Health’s management team in March 2022. I was attracted by Innova Health's more progressive take on a SaaS EMR platform that better serves a growing physical therapy market and its evolving needs. By improving efficiency and effectiveness, we're confident in our ability to favorably impact quality of care and patient satisfaction.

Before joining Innova, I served as CFO of Motion Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company that merged with DocGo Inc. (Nasdaq: DCGO), a telehealth and medical transportation service provider, in November 2021. My earlier positions include serving as Executive VP and CFO of CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP), a technology company providing wireless communications solutions, CFO of SMTEK International, an electronics manufacturing services provider, Corporate Controller of DDL Electronics Inc., a diversified technology company, and Senior Manager with Price Waterhouse, where I earned my CPA license.

On a more personal level, I have also served on the Board of Trustees of Ganna Walska Lotusland, a world class botanical garden located in Montecito, California, since 2018. In my spare time I enjoy international travels with my wife Sheila, and developing our own backyard botanical garden in Thousand Oaks, California. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona where I graduated summa cum laude, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
