I am a self-proclaimed healthcare geek and repeat entrepreneur with a passion to improve every aspect of the patient care delivery system. I started my career as a physical therapist who thrived on patient care, but eventually became disillusioned with the unnecessary bureaucracy and lack of innovation in the healthcare system. Since then, I’ve embarked on a mission to improve the clinical experience for both patients and providers through innovation and technology.

Over the years, I’ve founded several therapy and health IT companies and worked in others as an executive leader. The scope of my career has covered a wide range of settings from skilled nursing and home health to outpatient therapy, as well as health IT and medical devices. I founded Innova Health with a simple vision - to deliver simple, yet powerful solutions that drive superior operational performance and better patient outcomes.

On the provider side, I founded and operated an outpatient therapy company that grew into multiple metropolitan areas. As an executive for other healthcare organizations, I have started and led outpatient therapy services in several multi-state senior living communities and oversaw the growth of home therapy programs across the US .

I started my journey into health-tech with ACP, a medical device startup focused on driving better clinical outcomes for the long term care industry where I led the company’s growth efforts in the US – Midwest Division. Shortly thereafter, I founded PatientDox, an innovative HIPPA compliant e-signature platform serving the home health industry. My last executive role was with Casamba, one of the therapy industry’s largest software providers for electronic medical records data, with over 10,000 locations, where I served as Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships and VP of Product.

In my free time, I love adventures with my family (wife Leena, son Lucas and dogs Chewy and Pepper), working out, and reading books of all kinds. Soccer (well…football) is in my blood and I love anything that relates to this beautiful sport. My young son recently shifted his allegiance from soccer to tennis and I’ve started falling in love with this game too!
