Rehab therapy departments and facility nursing and administrative billing teams need to coordinate patient care closely on day-to-day basis. The Innova Health PCC bi-directional integration drives better communication between nursing and rehab teams for better patient outcomes while promoting high levels of efficiencies for administrative teams such as MDS coordinators and billing teams.

At a high level, the Innova PCC integrations allow therapy teams to quickly get any admission, discharge and transfer information from PCC so that the therapy teams can provide care in time and up to date of major patient events. Innova sends out key MDS data such as section GG mobility/self care items and section O for therapy minutes of care delivered. All billing information including CPT codes, therapy modifiers and supporting clinical documentation are also seamlessly sent over to the facility billing departments for accurate billing.
